( Post construction checklist )

Remember,we will do a walk - through of the new construction, with the customer,to make sure everything is covered in the contract.

Rough Cleaning:
The first trip shall be a rough cleaning and shall include but not limited to the following:
1)Remove any and all trash,dirt and debris from the interior of the unit and dispose of as directed.
2)Clean all tubs,tiolets,lavatories,kitchen sinks and appliances.
3)Remove any and all temporary protection labels not required to remain.
4)Clean out all kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinets.Clean all kithen and vanity countertops.
5)Scrape and wash the inside and outside surfaces of all windows and sliding glass doors.
6)Clean all windows and sliding glass doorframes,sills,and tracks.Vacum tracks as needed.
7)Clean all utility and furnace closets,storage areas,garages,etc:
8)Clean all water heaters.
9)Clean water valve box (washer/dryer areas).
Final Cleaning:
The second trip shall be a final cleaning in preperation for the initial inspection.The one in charge,if do so desire,may occupy the unit upon completion of this inspection.
1)Remove any and all trash,dirt and debris from the interior of the unit and dispose of as directed.
2)Clean and polish kitchen cabinets.kitchen countertops,and vanity tops.
3)Vacum the inside of all cabinets (removing drawers) to remove dirt and debris.
4)Polish all cabinets,vanities,and other stained woodworkand all stainless steel sinks.
5)Clean and shine the inside and outside surfaces of all windows and sliding glass doors.
6)Clean and shine all plumbing fixtures and related trim to a sanitary condition.
7)Clean and shine all medicine cabinets,mirrors and bath accessories.8)Clean and shine all electrical fixtures and trim.
9)Sanitize all electrical outlet covers.
10)Clean and shine all appliances.
11)Remove all packing materials,temporary labels,and operating and maintanence manuals.
12)Clean all wood base ,casing,and sills.
13)Clean all wood shelving.
14)Clean the outside and inside of all exterior doors(including thresholds).
15)Clean and shine all interior doors.
16)Clean and shine all finish hardware.
17)Sweep and damp mop all tile and linoleum floors.
18)Sweep all exterior storage areas,garages,patios and stoops.
19)Vacum as required (including edging).
20)Vacum out heating/cooling ducks by snaking hose as far as possible.
21)Vacum inside of sconce-type lights.
Touch-Up Cleaning:
The third trip shall be a touch-up cleaning as required.It shall include but not limited to the following:
1)Check each unit.Clean,shine,dust and/or vacuum as required.
2)Touch-up,re-shine,polish all cabinets,vanities,other stained woodwork and stainless steal sinks.
3)Additional trips for re-cleaning.(if required)
4)Additional custom cleaning tasks.
Customized Cleaning:
Additional cleaning tasks may be addressed when discovered by the one in charge.Please note that additional tasks may require additional charges.
