Remember,we will do a walk - through of the business,with the customer,to make sure everything is covered in the contract.

Offices,Lounges,Lobbies,Hallways.
1)Mop full area.
2)Vacum full area.
3)Damp mop hardwood floor.
4)Vacum all rugs.
5)Dust/clean/wipe all counter tops.
6)Empty and damp wipe ashtrays.
7)Dust all lamps and lampshades.
8)Dust wall furnishings.
9)Sanitize all phones.
10)Empty all outside and inside trash containers.
11)Clean fingerprints on glass mirrors and partitions.
12)Clean and dry polish drinking fountains.
13)Dust/clean/wipe counters and walls.
14)Dust/clean the front side of desks when needed.
15)Sanitize customer area coffee pot.
16)Sweep inside/outside of entrance access.
17)Clean and vacum chairs as needed.
18)Arrange reading materials.
19)Dust/clean wipe table surfaces and legs.
Restrooms.
1)Mop full area.
2)Dust wall furnishings.
2)Empty trash cans.
3)Sanitize commodes and seats.
4)Clean/disinfect all basins.
5)Ensure hand towel dispensers are full.
6)Ensure soap dispensers are full.
7)Ensure all dispensers are properly cleaned.
8)Sanitize sinks,knobs & other bright wor.
9)Replace urnal inserts if needed.
10)Sanitize wash fountains.
11)Ensure tiolet tissue is full.
12)Wash any splash marks on walls.
Kitchen and Breakroom.
1)Mop full area.
2)Sanitize coffee pot.
2)Wipe down counter surfaces.
3)Clean and vacum all chairs as needed.
4)Clean inside/outside of microwave.
5)Empty all trash cans.
6)Sanitize all kitchen appliances.
7)Ensure paper towel dispensers are full.
8)Ensure all dispensers are properly cleaned.
9)Ensure soap dispensers are full.
